Catch The Fire Sano is a local church based in Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture. We are a family of believers—from children to the elderly—passionate about loving God and loving people. We’re walking together as God’s family. We’d love for you to get to know our vision and the core values we hold dear. Our heart is to build a deep relationship with God, grow together, and share His love with the local community.
Our Vision
We exist to see the nations filled with churches, walking in God’s love, and giving it away until the whole world knows God’s glory.

Michael & Rachel Sawka
With over 25 years of ministry experience both in Japan and internationally, Michael and Rachel currently serve as the leaders of Catch The Fire Sano, as well as regional leaders for Catch The Fire Asia. They have dedicated their lives to loving and serving Japan and Asia with passion and wholehearted commitment.
